TivoNetRemote - Network Remote Control your TiVo
Overview
Control your TiVo with this remote control app. The app uses your home network to control the TiVo by sending commands to it via its IP address.
The keypad makes text entry of WishLists and Searches a breeze.
Since control is not infra-red, no line-of-sight is needed to control the TiVo; only the WiFi connection to your home network! Control your TiVo from another room or even while away from home (with appropriate router configuration).
The full version adds support for multiple TiVo DVRs allowing easy switching between them by selecting the active TiVo based on the names you assigned on the settings page. In addition, the "extra" remote buttons on remote pages 2 and 3 are all enabled.
TiVo DVRs that support this feature include TiVo Series 3, TiVo HD and TiVo Premiere.
